Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc (us) is seeking a Storeroom Associate to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented parts facility in Bridgeport, WV. You will verify delivery notes, maintain benchstock, scan fast indexes and perform cycle counts, while observing safety policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds with assistance), English communication, and experience with Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP experience preferred. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience with ERP inventory management helps.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with New Parts Storeroom Operations Supervisor.
• Verify and process Delivery Notes against items; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain benchstock levels and perform cycle counts.
• Scan Fast Indexes and monitor storeroom traffic.
• Support inbound freight processes and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
