Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc (us) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bridgeport, WV to join a high-volume receiving team. You will handle parts, operate PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks, and verify receipts against packing slips to ensure accurate inventory in SAP.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced team setting, lift up to 25 pounds, and communicate in English. This is a full-time, first-shift role with US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Document receipts and verify against the packaging slip.
• Cross-check boxes against freight manifest and inspect for damage.
• Report damage or discrepancy to the carrier and document on inbound manifest.
• Unpack parts within a controlled environment and receive into SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor repair parts and place in the part container.
• Validate quantity discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Route new parts and airworthiness certification to storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with Storeroom, Repair, and Service Center.
• Escalate problem parts to Materials Supervisor for resolution.
• Support Goods Receipt MB01 and MB01 reversal in SAP.
• Monitor fuel unloading into storage tanks to ensure safety.
