Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Specialist, Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, storage and delivery of products. You will ensure safety and quality standards and support efficient flow from vendor receipt to customer shipment.

You will lead training, coordinate with Supervisors, and operate warehouse equipment, typically 40 hours per week with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily order processing and fulfillment activities (pick, pack, ship).
• Perform routine inventory controls and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store warehouse stock; maintain accurate records.
