Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound or outbound operations in a fast-paced environment. You will perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks, utilizing a WMS and various palletizing equipment to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

We welcome candidates with minimal warehouse experience. Training is provided on day one, and overtime may be required. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and rotate into various areas of the warehouse.
• RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick large case items with equipment or pick small unit items and place on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, order picker).
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle routine assignments with some problem resolution and communicate concerns to management.
