You will oversee receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, ensure accurate picking and staging for production and service needs, and support site deliveries with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities emphasize forklift operation per OSHA standards, maintaining clean and organized storage areas, and participating in process improvements to boost workflow

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC handling standards and documentation.

Job Description – Warehouse Operations Specialist

United CoolAir, LLC. is an original equipment manufacturer of HVAC products. We have been serving our customers for over 35 years.We are looking for the right person to join our legacy and grow with us with continued success for years to come.We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at our York, PA facility.

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Safely unload delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Label, organize, and store inventory—including coils, units, fittings, ductwork, refrigerant items, and accessories—in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for production, service calls, and job site deliveries.

Warehouse Safety & Organization

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, including receiving, staging, and storage areas.
• Follow HVAC‑specific handling standards, including proper refrigerant storage and documentation practices.

General Operations Support

• Participate in process improvement efforts aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency and workflow accuracy.
• Assist with special operational or departmental projects as assigned.
• Perform additional duties to support warehouse objectives and overall business needs.
