Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist

Location: Whiteland, IN 46184

Job Type: 12 Weeks (conversion based on performance)

Shift: Mon- Fri 8AM to 5PM (Possible weekend/OT - potentially 10-hour days); Monday - Friday 2PM to 10PM (Possible weekend/OT - potentially 10-hour days)

Job Description
  • Support VAS Hospital – writing up, finding available to package/put-away. Helping with the profiling and PDS approvals.
  • Support VAS IB/OB- Auditing VAS IB for back ordered and escalated parts. Help prioritize the work orders. Monitor throughput and efficiency.
  • Support Indirect purchasing- Help CMI team to streamline indirect purchases, monitor all the SKUs to make sure we are not over or under ordering.
  • Help with ensuring all the processes are being followed and escalating when required.
  • Ability to perform quality audits on shipments, identifying errors among a long list of specific criteria
  • Ability to perform quality audits on staged shipments
  • Help with ensuring we are following standard outbound process that we have aligned with and agree to with leadership
  • Ability to work in an inventory resolution area including understanding and identifying reasons parts are in the area
Experience
  • 1+ year prior OMS/WMS experience, working in a warehouse environment.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
