Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Clerk to support inbound, outbound, and returns operations in our warehouse. You will handle UPS shipments, core processing, and RGN tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong decision-making abilities for daily warehouse operations.
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory and paperwork.
• Ability to work within a team and follow procedures.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 60 lbs and handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: schedule freight, verify counts, gather documents and ASN verifications.
• Outbound: schedule freight, apply proper labels, ensure timely documentation.
• UPS Shipments: print labels, overpack, sort and route packages.
• Core Processing: unload/stage returns, scan cores, complete paperwork.
• Returns: process returns and restock designated areas.
• RGN: prepare and ship labor claims, handle recalls and warranties.
• Quality Control: ensure accurate, damage-free shipments and report variances.
• Safety: maintain clean, safe workspace and follow safety programs.
• Decision Making: identify and resolve issues and meet production goals.
