Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Clerk to join our warehouse team in Manheim, PA. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound freight coordination, UPS shipments, core processing, returns, and labor claims with accuracy and timely documentation.

This role also involves communicating with customers and vendors as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualified candidates will have experience in shipping/receiving, RF scanning equipment, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up

Qualifications

Prior shipping or receiving experience preferred.
Experience with RF scanning equipment.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds.

Responsibilities

Inbound: Schedule inbound freight, verify counts, collect documentation and assist ASN verifications.
Outbound: Schedule outbound freight, apply labels and tickets, maintain dock security and handling of shipments.
UPS Shipments: Print labels, overpack items, route packages and ensure proper sorting.
Core Processing/Returns: Unload, stage, scan cores and process all related paperwork and restocks.
RGN/Claims: Prepare labor claims, ship back to vendors, and answer warranty/rejections questions.
Quality Control / Safety: Ensure accuracy, report variances, maintain clean and safe work environment.
