NAPA Auto Parts in Plainfield, IN, is seeking a reliable Clerk to join our warehouse team. This role handles inbound and outbound shipments, UPS tasks, core processing, returns, and warranty/labor claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

You will coordinate freight, verify counts, assist with ASN verifications, operate RF scanning equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Prior shipping/receiving experience and ability to lift up to 60 pounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
• Capable and willing to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: schedule inbound freight and verify counts with receiving documents.
• Outbound: schedule outbound freight and ensure proper labeling and tickets.
• UPS Shipments: print shipping labels and overpack as needed.
• Core Processing: unload, stage, and document core returns and recalls.
• Returns: process returns and restock parts in designated areas.
• RGN: prepare and ship labor claims and vendor recalls; respond to warranty questions.
• Quality Control: ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged.
