NAPA Auto Parts in New York is seeking a skilled Clerk to join our warehouse team. Clerks perform inbound, outbound, UPS, core processing, returns and RGN tasks, ensuring documents and processes are completed accurately and on time while communicating with customers and vendors as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork; candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull up to 300 pounds, operate RF scanners and shipping software, and support shipping and receiving

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping or receiving preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: Schedule inbound freight and verify receiving counts with packing lists and POs.
• Outbound: Schedule outbound freight and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• UPS Shipments: Print labels and overpack products, ensure proper routing.
• Core Processing: Unload, stage, and document core returns and recalls.
• Returns: Process merchandise returns and restock items in designated areas.
• RGN: Prepare and ship back labor claims and warranty inquiries to vendors.
• Quality Control: Ensure accurate shipments and report variances promptly.
• Safety, Housekeeping, & Security: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety programs.
• Decision Making: Proactively resolve issues and meet production goals.
