Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to ensure safe, accurate storage and deployment of materials to installers. You will handle receiving, shipping, building jobs, and maintain inventory integrity while keeping the warehouse clean and compliant.

You will operate a forklift, record movements in Oracle ERP, and work with planning and service teams to ensure timely material availability for installs. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Oracle ERP preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety policies and maintain clean warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized warehouse layout and manage material movement.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and process receipts.
• Record material movement in ERP including receiving, stocking and issuing.
• Drive inventory accuracy with daily cycle counts and physical checks.
• Keep auditable records for shipping and receiving.
• Collaborate with planning teams on stocking levels.
• Pull and stage job kits ahead of install dates; manage will-call materials.
• Support field installation crews with timely material mobilization.
• Coordinate returns with the Service Team and vendors.
