Accurate Personnel LLC in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office.

This role offers 8am-4:20pm, Monday–Friday, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accurate documentation for picking, packing and staging materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily transactions and resolution of discrepancies.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the warehouse workflow.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
