Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp in Aurora, IL seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, and warehousing activities. You will schedule inbound dock appointments, process receipts, and help with cycle counting and work orders.

Responsibilities include printing reports, preparing packing lists and bills of lading, coordinating with carriers, and assisting with customer and inter-department inquiries. Must have a high school diploma or GED and warehouse equipment experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related experience in warehousing.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and schedule dock appointments.
• Print and verify receiving documents; update warehouse records.
• Process orders, pick and pack, and prepare bill of lading.
• Print reports such as stock status and packing slips.
• Assist with shipping, vendor pickups, and inter-branch shuttles.
• Help customer calls and warehouse staff with questions.
• Order and manage warehouse supplies.
• Assist with picking and receiving when needed.
