Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a warehouse clerical associate to audit folders, close orders in the system, and support daily warehouse operations. The role involves reviewing dates, coordinating with management, and ensuring accurate shipment processing.

The candidate will perform clerical tasks, generate reports, handle inquiries, and may work in ambient and freezer temperatures. Mon-Fri schedule with OT on occasion, starting at 7:00 am in The Colony, TX.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year warehouse office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to work in ambient and freezer temperatures.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Shifts may include long hours and varying start/end times.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and close out orders in the system.
• Review dates to ensure compliance with receiving country guidelines.
• Review shipment information, obtain management approval before loading.
• Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicate with market managers on product issues.
• Generate daily reports for items requiring approval.
• Process fees on folders and perform clerical duties (phone, filing, inquiries).
