Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in The Colony, TX is seeking a warehouse clerk to audit folders, close out orders, and perform clerical duties in a fast-paced distribution environment. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 7:00am–4:00pm with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, 1 year of warehouse office experience, and proficiency in MS Office; AS400 experience is a plus. Must be able to operate in ambient and freezer temperatures and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.
• Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); attention to detail; English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Review dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.
• Review photos/folder of shipment information and asks approval from management before loading.
• Closes out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicates with market managers on product issues.
• Generates daily reports on all items requiring approval.
• Generates fees on folders.
• Clerical duties: answering phone, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.
