Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• At least 1 year warehouse/office experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AS/400 experience preferred.
• Ability to work in ambient and freezer temperatures.
• Must read and speak English; attention to detail is essential.

Responsabilités

• Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and close out orders in the system.
• Review dates to ensure compliance with receiving country guidelines.
• Review shipment photos/folders and obtain management approval before loading.
• Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicate with market managers on product issues.
• Generate daily reports on items requiring approval.
• Generate fees on folders.
• Answer phones, file documents, respond to inquiries, photocopying, etc.
