Owens Corning is seeking a Production & Warehouse Supervisor to lead safe, efficient daily production and warehouse operations at the Cortland plant. You’ll direct personnel, staffing, work assignments, material flow, inventory, shipping/receiving, and TPM activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18+ years old with authorization to work in the United States.
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material-handling experience.
• Ability to lead people, communicate clearly, and manage changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, documentation, shipping, and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn Fishbowl and plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives daily.
• Plan daily work, assign staff, and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor production progress, inventory, and equipment condition.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to resolve issues and delivery concerns.
• Coach and develop frontline employees; drive TPM and continuous improvement.
