Job summary

Exol is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control & Inventory Manager for our Jackson, GA distribution center. You will own quality standards and inventory accuracy across receiving, storage, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping, while leading a team focused on continuous improvement and compliance.

You will develop inspection criteria, drive corrective actions with vendors, and partner with operations to ensure FIFO, product rotation, and accurate ERP records in Navision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in warehouse quality assurance or inventory management.
• Proven leadership of quality programs and managing teams.
• Experience with Navision or comparable ERP/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Own quality standards across receiving, storage, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Develop inspection criteria, sampling plans, and acceptance/rejection standards.
• Lead inventory accuracy programs including cycle counts and variance resolution.
• Utilize CI methods (8D, DMAIC, A3) to drive improvements.
• Support HACCP compliance where applicable.
