Job summary

Exol in Jackson, GA seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager, B2B to own end-to-end warehouse performance. You will lead large teams, optimize workflows, ensure safety, and drive KPIs across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Partner with automation/technology teams to integrate robotics/AI, manage budgets, and develop staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with automation/robotics preferred.
• Proven track record of managing metrics, labor, safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse ops: receiving, put-away, picking/packing, shipping, returns.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations; lead safety meetings and audits.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, overtime and productivity.
• Drive OEE, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, cycle times, shrinkage.
• Partner with automation/tech teams to integrate robotics/AI tools.
• Lead continuous improvement, standardize work, root-cause analysis.
• Develop, coach and mentor supervisors and leads.
• Collaborate across maintenance, IT, safety, HR, customer service.
