Job summary

J&L Building Materials Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager at our Frazer, PA branch. You will lead day-to-day operations across the hill and main warehouse, supervising two Warehouse Supervisors and mentoring staff to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

The role partners with the Branch Manager to optimize shipping, receiving, and inventory control using Traverse ERP. You will drive continuous process improvements, oversee transfers between branches, and ensure exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in business, logistics, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Hill and main warehouse operations, directing two Warehouse Supervisors.
• Develop and implement procedures for shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Coordinate intra-branch transfers and ensure on-time deliveries using Traverse ERP.
• Oversee safety programs, conduct daily inspections, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Train and onboard new warehouse staff and ensure consistent daily procedures.
