Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a seasoned warehousing leader to drive performance, safety, and staffing across a defined area. You will supervise teams, manage schedules, and ensure QSHE compliance while proving a track record in cost-saving initiatives and KPI reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehousing and 3+ years in distribution leadership, with Lean Six Sigma exposure and strong proficiency in WMS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a distribution environment.
• 1+ year leading Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of production and quality systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Blue Yonder or other WMS preferred.

• Lead or participate in BRMs and MBRs; develop and present KPIs to customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with customers to achieve shared objectives.
• Perform complex tasks requiring judgment, problem-solving, and analysis.
• Lead employee engagement events.

You will lead a team and have overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, staffing, safety, and performance of your area.
