Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification preferred.
• Experience in a highly regulated medical device industry preferred.
• Proven project management leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and manage direct labor headcount and planning.
• Develop 3-year improvement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Direct operational and project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead Lean projects and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and Planning to optimize processes.
