Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small warehouse team at the Draper site.
  • Forecast direct labor headcount and align with strategy plans.
  • Drive Lean projects, process improvements, and ROI analyses.
  • Own key metrics: safety, quality, cost, and service performance.
  • Oversee training, audits, and EHS elements; ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate product transfers and ramp-ups to network plants.

Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.The Warehouse Manager will lead all raw material warehouse operations for the Draper site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials that support manufacturing.
