Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or science with 4+ years, or an advanced degree, plus Lean Six Sigma, DOE, SPC, and strong data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific field with 4+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years OR Ph.D. with industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on yield stabilization, process capability, capacity expansion, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and implement opportunities using problem solving, statistics, Lean, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance) to improve performance.
• Lead investigations and resolve complex manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPAs, nonconformances, audits).
• Develop study protocols, analyze results, and recommend implementation strategies based on data and risk.
