Job summary

Norfolk-Iron- in Henderson, NV is seeking a results-driven warehouse leader to direct daily operations and develop the team for peak performance.

You will lead, motivate, and coach the operations staff, ensure accuracy and on-time completion of customer orders, and implement process improvements with LEAN principles, safety, and ISO standards. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential, as is passing a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Motivated, energetic attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Previous warehouse or operations leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to reach its full potential
• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure projects and customer orders are completed accurately and on time
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Lead initiatives related to LEAN practices, safety, compliance, ISO standards, and process improvements
• Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
