Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership in warehouse/logistics/distribution operations.
• Experience managing both employees and contractors.
• Strong scheduling, inventory, and reporting skills.
• Reliable and punctual, adaptable to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff and contractor drivers/installers.
• Direct daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory activities with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure contractors meet performance and safety standards for Whirlpool service expectations.
• Train staff, maintain OSHA records, and uphold a safe work environment.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall readiness.
• Deliver accurate reporting, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients.
