Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Maxton, NC. The role directs warehouse staff to receive, store, and ship customer products in a full-time position with competitive compensation.

The starting pay rate is $83k–$103k per year, negotiable by experience. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with possible extended hours during peak demand. Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
