Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC. You will direct maintenance staff and coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all operational machines, while overseeing facilities, grounds and utilities.

Starting pay ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience and education. Monday to Friday schedule with possible extended hours during peak demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to engage with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate activities for installation, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Drive uptime for production machinery and minimize downtime using data-driven insights.
• Prepare and monitor department budget and control expenditures.
