U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the Distribution Center’s Inventory Control and Receiving functions. The role focuses on accurate product receipt, inventory integrity, and driving operational excellence with a safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will coach and develop a high-performing team, establish KPIs, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience leading warehouse operations.
• Experience in inventory control and receiving operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Inventory Control and Receiving to ensure accurate receipt and inventory integrity.
• Provide oversight for replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and order fulfillment.
