Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Distribution Center’s Inventory Control and Receiving functions.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, efficient receiving, safety, and cost-conscious operations across all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership in warehouse operations, strong skills in inventory management, and experience coaching teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse leadership.
• Experience in inventory control and receiving operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Inventory Control and Receiving to ensure accurate receipt and inventory integrity.
• Provide oversight for replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment with warehouse leadership.
• Coach and develop Inventory Control and Receiving staff; build future supervisors and teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop employees to create a high-performing team.
• Establish and monitor productivity standards and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
