Qualifications

• Five or more years of warehouse operations or distribution center leadership experience.
• Experience leading inventory control and receiving operations preferred.
• Supervising, coaching, and developing warehouse teams.
• Experience improving warehouse processes and operational performance.
• Wholesale distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of Inventory Control and Receiving, ensuring accuracy and smooth warehouse flow.
• Provide oversight for replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment with leadership.
• Coach and develop Inventory Control and Receiving team members and supervisors.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
• Establish productivity standards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, and safety.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Use reporting tools to analyze performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and leadership on workflows.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control efforts.
