U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a Warehouse Admin at our Cranbury, NJ distribution center to help keep operations running smoothly with administrative and clerical support.

You will handle data entry, inventory reporting, scheduling shipments, and maintaining records while complying with safety and timekeeping requirements. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and the chance to grow within a nationwide electrical distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP or timekeeping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate office communications (calls, emails, mail).
• Schedule inbound/outbound shipments and driver dispatch logs.
• Prepare spreadsheets and KPI reports for warehouse productivity.
• Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and personnel files.
• Assist with safety documentation and compliance tracking.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
