Job summary

Sysco Carolina Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will manage daily PO processing, inventory control, and staffing to ensure timely order fulfillment and physical security of stock.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and accurate data management. You will lead a team, train staff, and coordinate with customer service to resolve shipment or returns issues, while maintaining clean facilities and efficient warehouse

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• Able to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing of Purchase Orders to ensure flow through systems.
• Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to picking line within time frame.
• Process Pick Tickets/Products for shipment from warehouse.
• Manage receiving, inventory control & returns, including Direct and True Bins.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders and inventory.
• Input data, train staff, supervise workflow, resolve problems.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in resolving shipment or returns issues.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment.
• Ensure inventory delivery and pickup via appropriate shipping sources.
• Staff Instawarehouse adequately during business hours.
• Maintain clean, neat floor areas and workspaces.
• Motivate and organize teamwork to meet productivity targets.
• Train staff and monitor performance.
