Qualifications

• Experience in automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and related warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in warehouse management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety regulations.
• Ability to train and motivate personnel, lead teams and improve processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse operations to meet branch and company goals.
• Oversee recruiting, training and management of warehouse personnel.
• Supervise receiving, storage, selection, and loading of products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide performance feedback and develop staff.
