Ben E. Keith Company in Dallas seeks a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead day or night warehouse operations, supervise over two full-time colleagues, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to ensure safe, efficient product handling.

You will oversee inbound/outbound transfers, product rotation, equipment safety, and daily administrative tasks while maintaining BEK policies and fostering a culture of reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead teams and achieve results through motivation and example.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing strategies and concepts.
• Proficiency with internal computer applications and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team; communicate best practices.
• Operate equipment safely per policy.
• Attend meetings and manage multiple priorities.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to direct reports.
