• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of day or night warehouse shift.
• Supervise more than 2 full-time employees on shift.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and coordinate inbound/outbound transfers.
• Oversee product rotation and warehouse cleanliness.
• Provide relief duties to fellow shift managers or inventory control.
• Mentor team and communicate best practices.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and maintained.
