Job summary

Mouser Electronics, a leading global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a productive operations team in Mansfield, TX. You will manage daily warehouse activities, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume warehouses, a relevant degree or experience, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years relevant supervisory experience.
• Internal candidates require 2+ years as Mouser Team Lead or Supervisor.
• External candidates require 3+ years in a supervisor or higher role.
• 4–5 years of supervisory/management experience in high-volume warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a productive warehouse operations team.
• Manages warehouse systems, resources, and daily activities.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards and SOP training.
• Plans labor requirements and staffing with Warehouse Director.
• Maintains quality metrics and drives process improvements.
