Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations with supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in a Food Distribution environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel/Word/PowerPoint focus.
• OSHA standards knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• SAP experience preferred; WMS experience required (Manhattan desirable).
• Experience with voice-directed technology is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work varying schedules to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery of the daily plan across warehouse departments.
• Execute operations based on daily case volume.
• Ensure orders are selected and trucks loaded for on-time dispatch.
• Evaluate procedures and staff; implement improvements and coaching.
• Partner with Transportation on load quality and OS+D.
• Ensure compliance with safety and selection procedures.
• Train and promote safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness.
• Present production and service metrics to upper management as needed.
• Maintain and upkeep of the facility.
• Manage Warehouse Supervisors, Receivers, Selectors, and Loaders.
• Foster strong cross-department relationships; perform other duties as assigned.
