This role is responsible for the overall safety, security, and operational performance of the P Distribution Center. The manager will provide strategic and tactical leadership for the B2C fulfillment center, focusing on:

1. Strategic planning to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
2. Developing and implementing plans to meet operational goals.
3. Managing management staff to ensure daily and weekly operational plans are executed.
4. Assessing team member strengths and opportunities, developing talent, and addressing performance issues.
5. Overseeing the management of the fulfillment/distribution center to ensure fast order processing, accurate inventory control, timely receipt and stocking of goods, cost-efficient shipping, and effective returns processing.
6. Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
7. Collaborating with the executive team and department heads to align operational priorities with company goals.
8. Ensuring adequate staffing across multiple shifts for order processing.
9. Balancing inbound/outbound operations to ensure order completion.
10. Continuously investigating and implementing process improvements.

The role may include additional duties as necessary. Candidates should possess strong decision-making, leadership, planning, budgeting, conflict resolution, and communication skills. A minimum of seven years supervisory experience in a multi-shift distribution center is required, with e-commerce experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

The physical demands include frequent standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 60 pounds. The work environment is typically moderate noise, fast-paced, and may require safety equipment and extended hours.
