Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Oklahoma City, OK location. Lead warehouse staff to ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping in line with company standards.

You will oversee inventory, annual counts, equipment safety, and budget adherence while coordinating with other managers and branches to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Follow established SOPs, EH&S rules, and address safety concerns.
• Provide leadership through supervision of warehouse employees to achieve accuracy and productivity.
• Manage inventory for efficient warehouse flow and accurate receiving and order filling.
• Manage the annual physical inventory counting.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and warehouse security.
• Evaluate policies to improve efficiency and recommend changes.
• Serve as primary contact between warehouse operation and other managers.
• Communicate with customers and company personnel to resolve problems and expedite deliveries.
• Evaluate shipping and choose pricing with carriers; perform cost analyses.
• Assist Branch Manager with development of warehouse budget and expenditures.
• Negotiate pricing for warehouse equipment, maintenance contracts, packing supplies, etc.
• Attend seminars/training to maintain knowledge.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Perform other duties including counter sales and customer support.
