Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations. You will use RF devices and WMS dashboards to manage stock, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, shipping, and communicating with vendors and customers. A forklift certification and lean mindset are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or high-volume Warehouse of Distribution Center
• Forklift certification preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per safety standards
• Operate RF devices and WMS dashboards for inventory processing
• Verify quantities against packing lists and process shipments
• Communicate with vendors and team to correct inventory issues
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and conduct cycle counts regularly
