Rexel USA, Inc. in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team. You will oversee receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping, while driving safety, accuracy, and productivity across daily operations.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in warehousing, forklift certification, and a strong grasp of lean processes. You will manage inventory, vendor relations, and branch communications to ensure timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for deliveries.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to maximize accuracy and productivity.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping operations.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with branches and customers to resolve issues and expedite deliveries.
• Assist with budget development and cost control.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and evaluate vendor pricing.
• Provide training and development for warehouse staff.
