Job summary

Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist to manage inventory operations within a high-volume warehouse environment. You will perform cycle counts, verify received goods, and ensure accurate stock levels while supporting efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include using RF handheld devices, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or high-volume Warehouse/Distribution Center.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update WMS records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Assist in other branch duties as needed.
