Job summary

Interplastic Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Mishawaka, IN to oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse activities. The role leads supervisors and frontline staff, driving safety, quality, and cost performance while ensuring production targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations or related field and 7+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Support process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
