Job summary

IP Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the inbound and outbound flow of materials at the Hickory, NC site. You will verify shipments, package orders, and maintain records while ensuring accurate inventory and safe warehouse practices.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in similar environments; forklift operation (certification preferred) and basic computer skills are important.

What is a Shipping & Receiving Associate?

A Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for handling the movement of materials in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of goods. This role supports warehouse operations and maintains inventory accuracy.
