The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations or related field and 7+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Prior experience managing teams in a plant or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets and performance goals are met.
• Lead and develop operations teams, including supervisors and frontline employees.
• Drive initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Support process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
