The Plant Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary HR partner for our Molding Products division out at our South Bend manufacturing facility, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This is a highly visible and collaborative role that partners closely with plant leadership to build a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while helping drive business results through effective people practices.
