Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in operations management, ideally manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and process improvement.
• Hazmat safety knowledge and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and policy compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee multiple 3PL warehouses.
• Monitor KPIs to measure operational success.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to maintain relationships and efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
