Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and adapt to schedule changes.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
