Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in a small to mid-sized facility required.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems (ERP/WMS) required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk long hours.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain requested.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, Freight) desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: picking, packing, receiving and shipping.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and conduct cycle counts.
• Train, coach, and schedule a small warehouse staff.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and equipment are maintained and safe.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our small but busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, improving processes, and keeping a tight ship. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate shipping/receiving, maintain safety standards, and ensure the warehouse runs efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations — Oversee picking, packing, receiving, and shipping workflows.
• Inventory management — Maintain accurate stock counts, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink.
• Team leadership — Train, coach, and schedule a small warehouse staff.
• Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Safety compliance — Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Vendor & carrier coordination — Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Equipment oversight — Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are maintained and safe.
